• Details you give us: your name, email address, and, if you book a call, your phone number and any notes you share.
• Membership and payment details: your membership plan and billing history. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.
• Practice information inside our member tools, such as check-ins, plans, completed practices, and reflections you choose to write.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and analytics (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, by Meta Platforms). These only load after you accept cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

• To deliver your membership, classes, and the free 5-Day Reset.
• To send you emails you signed up for, including class emails and our Letters. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To support you personally, answer questions, and run calls you book.
• To understand how our site and classes are used so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Aliven Method, such as our membership and email platform, our payment processor, our video hosting provider, and our analytics provider, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep your information while you have an account or membership with us, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing griffin@alivenmethod.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example in the EU, UK, or California), and we will honor them.
