Terms of Service

• The Aliven Library and The Studio are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout.
• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your member account (Account Settings → Billing & Subscriptions) or by emailing griffin@alivenmethod.com.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
• Refunds: We review refund requests at any time. Just email griffin@alivenmethod.com. Approved refunds are processed within the same week.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. If we do, we will tell you by email before the change applies to you. Founding-member pricing is honored for as long as the membership stays active.

Your membership is for you personally. Please do not share your login or our classes with others.

All classes, videos, and materials are owned by Aliven Method and are for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, record, resell, or redistribute them.

Movement, yoga, breathwork, and meditation involve physical and emotional effort. Our classes are not medical care, physical therapy, or psychotherapy, and are not a substitute for professional advice. Please consult your doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition. Listen to your body, rest when you need to, and stop if anything feels wrong. You practice at your own risk.

Be kind and respectful in our community spaces. We may remove content or access for behavior that harms others.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aliven Method is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let members know by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
